13td. Street Barbecue in Phenix City

One of my favorite Bbq places. Guess that's why I have been coming here for over 25 years. They have amazing Q-tater and cant beat the 1.50 bbq sandwiches.

Great place for lunch. Two chopped pork sandwiches, chips, and a drink were under $7.00 when I was there in late December. Sauce is good, portions are a bit larger than average. If you're REALLY hungry, try the pork chop sandwich.

Best BBQ in town. Miss Jimmy but Slay and his staff are just as wonderful and delightful as they can be. The food is off the change good. If you are in Columbus go see Heath at 13th Street BBQ.

I must admit this is my favorite. Love it or hate it. I love it at least 5 times a week.

Good food and atmosphere

One of my favorite places for bbq. The portion sizes are generous as well as flavorful. Having the pork chop/pork loin platter is enough to fill me up any day. Plus the new renovation looks great and opens up the dining area quite a bit. Now if only they had longer opening hours!

The pork and brisket were excellent. Tasty and tender...didn't really need any sauce. Their baked beans were also delicious.

Ask for extra sauce got less meat lol. Couldn't even eat the sandwiches. Straight in garbage. Do your self a favor and go to Clearview BBQ. Whoops this place up and down and cheaper. I won't never come back and I'll always down grade y'all. Close down lol

Eat here often. Good bar-be-q. Plenty of sauces to pick from. They keep the XXX sauce behind the counter. Just ask if you like it hot,hot,hot. Bake beans are not special but meat is good.

Great BBQ. Their Pork-chop sandwich with beans and potato salad is delicious. Atmosphere is friendly. Felt like family. Best people I've ever met. Don't miss out. Drop in and have the some of the best food you'll ever eat.

Love 13th street!! A word of caution though. Be careful not to put their food anywhere above your head! Your tongue will beat your brains out trying to get to it lol. You’ve been warned!

Best BBQ in whole area. Pleasant people working there.

This is usually my go to place. I had the q tarter. Which is a baked potato with cheese and bar b que on it. Most of the meat on was burnt and could not be eaten. The potato was good i had coleslaw on top with mild sauce butter and sour cream, its delicious. But hey miss me with burnt meat

This barbecue place is SMOKIN! They have a great menu and friendly service. My favorite items are the pork chop sandwich and smoked turkey Sandy. The sauce is good if you like mustard based sauces. I personally recommend their new hickory sauce. It's more of a traditional, redder BBQ sauce. While you're there, pick up one of the cookbooks. It features restaurants throughout the state of Alabama. Enjoy!

Always delicious! Normally nice service except for today and another time. The lady in the Santa hat - very rude and this isn't the first time. Thought Santa - or an elf - are suppose to be jolly? Sorry I interrupted her eating right in front of everyone behind the counter!

Been coming here for 15 years. Great people and great BBQ, chicken, sausage, and burgers.

Good BQ and great service!

I became a fan of 13th Street BBQ about 25 years ago, and it has been my all-time favorite BBQ place since. Best in Columbus, and anywhere else in my opinion. I love smoking my own BBQ, ribs, chops, etc., but even then I go and buy their sauce to go with it.

The food is delicious. We each got a 13th street combo and everything we had was amazing. The sauces are also very good. We had enough left over to eat later and share with our daughter. Definitely recommend this place.

I absolutely love this location! Bobby is the on the grill, and my husband and I used to eat at his BBQ restaurant on 280. We then found out he went to 13th street and followed him there. The staff is AMAZING!! There’s never been a time I haven’t seen the owner in the back working, the food is AWESOME!!!! If you haven’t eaten here you are missing out!

If ever I received a last meal let it be from 13th Street BBQ. I have eaten everything on the menu and have enjoyed every bite. The staff is very pleasant. The prices are reasonable. The lines at lunch time may be long, but move quickly. The BBQ to have before you die.

Awesome food and lots of it with great price

We just got done eating here 10/29/19. The Food is always on point. My dad is a over the road trucker and he brags everywhere he goes about this place. He stopped in to visit and had to come by before leaving out. Doesnt get better than 13th street BBQ yall.

The food was nasty and the Q Tater I ordered was cold and they blamed it on the Ranch dressing this is not real Bar B Q if I could I woul give zero stars smh

Phenix City has three really good barbecue joints. Mike and Ed's, 13th Street BBQ and Smoking Pig. I usually eat at Mike and Ed's because I love the ribs. Unfortunately, they had a fire and will not reopen until the spring. So I went down to 13th Street BBQ and had their famous pork chop sandwich. It was unbelievable. I got a giant sandwich, chips, a drink and a bottle of sauce to go for 10 bucks. In East Alabama it is all mustard sauce and it is good!
